Right now I feel like 10 is going to be hard to break. I'm putting in an order to sell if we can make it back to 9 1/2. If we do, great. I'll look for an opportunity to re-enter at lower prices in the near term. If it doesn't make it to 9 1/2, so be it. I'll continue to hold and see what happens.

There was also news about NY State contract award to SEEC.

Both caused a gap up. There will be a lot of profit-taking. After the gap is filled, SEEC should resume upward move as they make progress in all areas of businesses: y2k, Euro, web-enabling applications (Re.:COBOL mainframe) (footprints left after y2k work), getting long term contracts after y2k, etc. Ram
