I would extend that predeiction to the last six months of 1999 and even the first three months of 2000...that is, in my estimation, the range of true " fall out". But you're right on target, and though small businesses have yet to address the issue of Y2K, some big businesses think they have it all figured out(they have their cancelled check for tens of thousands of dollars made payable to Y2K consultants to make them feel safe)and yet are woefully unprepared. It's not time to head for the hills,but certainly sticking ones head in the sand is not an option.
