The buying we're seeing is speculative and not based on anything new (rumors or news), in my opinion. The price would have moved up by now if the volume was meaningful.

Still more volume today: 2X ADV For a stock that has a spread of 1/32, it's tough to figure the volume. The spread's too small to interest day traders and the momentum crowd certainly ain't biting... Consider that Phoenix can't get half this volume on a good day... For a stock that's been pummeled, there sure are a lot of people quietly still interested in this... Maybe the shareholders' suits are being settled? If so, that could push us up a bit. Anybody have a beat on how much cash these guys have left?
