Omer: Thanks for an excellent post concerning Yosi's thoughts about
Agis's investment in PARS following my comment that I'd be disappointed if Agis turned out to be our partner for HU 211. Because of the nature of Agis, I presume you would also be disappointed.

I wanted to comment on your observation that Pars management doesn't seem as concerned with the state of cash as we are on the thread. This is also to look at Ariella's question about how long our money can be stretched. Insofar as I know, the 3M share filing the company made is
still awaiting further action. My surmise at the time of the filing, and still is, was that the filing was done in anticipation of an arrangement with a respected partner for HU 211. When this occurs, the stock price should jump perhaps into the $5 area. The 3M shares would then bring in some $15M and ease any cash problems for some time especially since Lotemax et al. will be delivering revenues. The thread seems to think a partnership will take place in 1Q'99 and in the latest 10Q the company says they have enough cash to last through that Q. This is conjecture on my part but perhaps the company is following that path and feeling good about it.

Thus, it seems to me there is a pathway for the company to not need any further financing than what is already on the boards.

Regards,
Arnie
