Ross Systems Announces New
Agreements

ATLANTA, Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Ross Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROSS - news), a leading

new agreements in its Spanish, Canadian and U.S. operations. In Spain, Ross announced
new agreements with Gestiones y Desarrollos Patramoniales SA, Gil y Carvajal SA,
Centeon SA, and Caldea Fitness Resort. Ross has operations in Barcelona and Madrid
Spain.

In Canada, Ross announced new agreements with pulp & paper manufacturer, Tembec, Inc.,
retailer Dylex, Ltd. and the Bethane Care Society. Ross' Canadian operations are
headquartered in Toronto.

In the U.S., Ross announced expanded agreements with the Narragansett Bay Commission
and Advanced Marketing, Inc.
