Earnings look pretty good from what was written in the Yahoo
blurb. Not sure why people would sell on this (although I
guess Deswell has been up a fair amount lately).

I'm especially encouraged that they were able to decrease
SG&A expenses.

The stock is down today after the earnings. Looks like the run-up ocurred ahead of earnings for this stock this time. Will the stock drop to 10? I don't think it will happen. In fact, I see the new "floor" at 12-13. The Mita news caused the drop below that level, and now the Mita news is in the stock price.

BTW, the weakness this last quarter was at Kwanasia. Jetcrown continues to grow. Isn't Mita a Jetcrown customer? So we probably will see a sequential drop in Jetcrown revenues? But if Kwanasia finally gets some new business in, and sees growth from their other customers, the DecQ may not be as poor as feared when the Mita announcement was made in September.

For someone like me, who would prefer to buy and hold long term, I will keep occasionally picking up shares. I bought some today.
