i tell you many many times this issue resolved in court & stock must be returned to court. hearing is set for return of this stock. maybe you can asisst your good friend BRUCE JUDD with this stuff if you wish to try case one time more on si. you claim BRUCE JUDD tell you there is " ACTIVE MOTION TO DISMISS". you claim also there is "SEVERAL MOTIONS TO DISMISS". can you tell us date of all these motion janice thank you.
