<<WCII has much more spectrum in the "top 50" U.S. markets than ARTT.>>

WCII has certainly made a point of the depth of their spectrum versus ARTT, but has yet to demonstrate that this translates into better coverage. This would only be a problem if either company became capacity constrained, and that has yet to be the case. In addition, technological advancement as to use of individual pieces of spectrum is making this depth argument more and more obsolete, leaving breadth (number of different markets) as the differentiating issue. When breadth is examined rather than depth, ARTT and WCII are just about equal.
