Thanks for the welcome Maria. What I meant by that comment, was the concern over attracting and maintaining qualified employees in a hot market. The NewsEdge webpage has many open positions, and there was a comment about this issue in the latest SEC doc. I'm not implying this is bad, only a concern with respect to the company meeting its goals. In some ways it's a positive indicator - showing growth. I think NEWZ is a worthy investment, and am holding a position long. Regards, Dave
