Hills stock has been around and seen some fluctuations. I do not think that it is necessary to rush in here as there is simply no rush. The cost of the new sales computer system should start paying off soon. There is plenty of precedent for a price increase starting several days/weeks after a Moody's downgrade. A downgrade like that usually is a signal for a medium-term and/or long-term bottom- so look for a few high volume days with no price movement to occur- and then the price will probably start to move up. Just my VHO.
