Wally:
Thanks for Y2k story; here's one I heard about first hand: I have a young nephew who works for a large temporary personnel firm. He's had some college computer classes but is not a real techie. His current assignment is at a regional southern bank where he and a team of others are presumably working on Y2K. However, he says it's all a farce and they aren't working on anything at all. They are just warm bodies hired so the bank can meet its requirements for having a Y2K team in place. Sounds like a Dilbert cartoon, but he swears it's true.
