Shakespeare,

Matria has become a considerably different company than it was a year ago. HMOs are now looking to managed care to keep costs in line, and Matria is finally in the right place at the right time.

As far as the competition goes, I'm sure it's huge. On the other hand, Matria has alligned itself with several outstanding organizations, and will go after their share of the market.

As an investor, I'm watching the earnings going forward. If Matria can grow their top line revenues quarter over quarter, as I believe they can, then the share price has nowhere to go but up.

IMO, Matria's game plan is outstanding, now lets watch the Matria team to see how well the plan is executed.
