I hope GSp lowers again. I cannot see the logic in taking the rarely used tactic of lowering between meetings, only to not lower again at the next scheduled meeting. It will be interesting to see what a cut will do to the long bond. 5.3 % is going to look very nice to investors that have traditionally switched between equities and money market instruments; or for that matter 9.3% in corporate high yields. Given the additional risks in those instruments that may choose to stay put. Ive been following the markets for 25 years. This is as tricky as it gets...gregor
