My tea leave reading tells me this.
SEEC to hit 9 and trade around that price until profit-taking is over. Then resume upward move to 12-13. With good earnings performance and their cash position (balance sheet) remaining strong, quickly move to low 20's in 1999. No promises! Just a Xmas wish. Greenspan rally will continue without the fear of recession in 1999. Ram
