I phoned the Small Manufacturers extension agent for Oregon. He knew immediately about the agreement with TAVA. He said I could borrow a copy of the CD without charge. He is looking into the cost of each hit on the database when I actually use it. This is indeed a version of the "give it away" and reap the rewards strategy that Rick posted a few months ago. Rick spoke, JJ listened, we win again.
