It is amazing how all you have to talk about is this court case that seems to be going nowhere. There has been no identifiable short squeeze to date, only more 144 filings to sell more shares.

You avoid discussing the failure to file the 10-K for 1997. In my opinion it is wholly negligent on the part of management with respect to their reporting duties.

Do you really think that if the court case continues much longer that the SEC won't shut down trading for failure to make proper filings. Do you really think they are doing enough business to even continue as a business?

So far Mike Sylver seems to be executing flawlessly his four point plan to drive the company out of existence.
