IBM-Japan, Toyo Ink and TiS Announce Agreement to Sell and Market AFPSPro in Japan TEL AVIV, Israel and TOKYO, Japan, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- TiS - Top Image Systems, Ltd., (Nasdaq: TISAF - news), Toyo Ink and IBM-Japan, today announced that the EDMS Division of Toyo Ink has entered into a partnership with IBM Japan for releasing TiS' flagship product, AFPSPro, an automated forms processing solution.
