Oh, of course we discussed that. I could have reported back that the clerk reported to me that "THE MOTION TO DISMISS HAS NOT BEEN GRANTED." That would imply that it had been dismissed, but the truth appears to be that the Judge has not issued a final ruling on the matter, and that is what the truth says. Anyway, we really know nothing more than we did.
