Krio - CSGI's stock shot up to $3 from .75 due to Kernaghan covering his shorts after he found out he wasn't getting any shares. CSGI currently 1 5/8.

I don't think the lawsuits...just by themselves will have a great immediate effect on the stock. There is only one other suit filed so far, by LNST....but their's was a countersuit...and their case isn't nearly as strong.

I believe you will see several of the other companies join on to this suit "as in a class action"....and since it is a federal suit the feds will stand up and take notice....a collective effort with the evidence of all will put these guys out of business, IMO.

$500,000,000 in 10 or 12 smaller stocks is a huge amount!!!

This is just getting started..these other companies are talking and collecting evidence.
And ...you're going to see much more from RTIN this week, other than the lawsuit I believe.
