That is correct ... This whole line of Q&A has shown me again that everyone on this thread is putting their own spin on everything ... and everybody except me claiming to be impartial, unbiased, objective reporters ... what a crock. Yes, other motions have been dismissed. I would be very surprised to find a competent attorney that did not file many such motions ... if he doesn't, he's not earning his money.

Pants on fire, Spidey. You tried to convince everyone that there was no pending motion for dismissal. Idiot. I made it quite clear that there had been earlier motions to dismiss, which had been rejected. As Hogger has noted, this is not a particularly important issue: it's YOU who tried to turn it into one.
