Jeff,

Thanks for posting this info and the 800#. Much appreciate it!!
If its true about "nyet" on the reverse split, that would be solid good news!

Jeff,
From what I could interpret from the conference call, you are right, Fred says he doesn't want a reverse split and that is why he structured the transaction between Flexweight and NUOA...the way it is, in order to get the European bank to make the loan and avoid a reverse split. A reverse split, in my interepretation, hasn't been ruled out, but apparently Fred is trying to avoid a reverse by getting the bank to accept the Flexweight shares and avoid a dilution of NUOA shares and avoiding a reverse split, this is my understanding from listening to the conference call.

Jeff, Thanks for the info on the conference call. I've not been on the internet during working hours for the past week. What a pleasure it has been.

I think he said the 10k or 1st quarter Q will show shareholder equity of $ 40,000,000.00. If this statement you made has something to do with the Flexweight deal it won't show in the books until the 2Q since the deal closed in October. We won't see it in black and white until at least February 15, 1999.

Nothing matters until we get the financing and see the terms of it in black and white.
