Metro One Telecommunications Announces San Francisco Call Center

PORTLAND, Ore., Nov. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Metro One Telecommunications, Inc. (Nasdaq: MTON), a leading provider of Enhanced Directory Assistance(R) (EDA) to the telecommunications industry, announced that it has commenced providing its EDA service from a new call center in San Francisco, California. This new call center will serve subscribers of several carriers in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. These calls were previously handled from Metro One's call centers in Sacramento and San Diego.

"This new call center represents our fourth in California and adds to our growing nationwide network of call centers that is unmatched by any competitor," commented Timothy A.
