In regards to the discussion going on about computers.

Someone smart once told me "if you can't afford to upgrade to a fast computer you have no business day trading because you can't afford to lose any money".

My ideal "cheap" trading computer

Pentium II 300
BX6 or BH6 Board / 100Mhz bus speed
128M P-100 Ram
Windows 98 as your operating system with 2 video card (8megs minimum)
1-19" monitor
1-17" montors

If you shop around this system should only set your back around $1800-1900U.S.

Choice of hook-up in order of preference

1. T1
2. Cable modem
3. ADSL
4. ISDN
5. 56 V.90 (dual)

Best Regards
KEITH
