Not much in my opinion. The deal would be far to pricey for the buyer given that so much expectation is built into LGTO's stock price; check out the current multiple. Who, in corporate America, could buy this company and justify the cost to its shareholders? And frankly, I prefer to see LGTO on its own anyway.
