JC,

I had a bad luck ordering thru this co. about 14 days ago.
Ever since I am trying to send them Email to find out
what's happening to my order. When I go to the pre-Receipt
page I get my item listed twice as if I ordered two of those,
however the total price is the same as for one. I was calling
their (800) but it's always busy. I was sending them Email
with discouraging content and they still did not reply. the
only time when the Webmaster@shopping.com has replied is when
I send an Email to the private account of the CEO John H Markley
and CC'ed bunch of shopping.com addresses. The Webmaster's answer
is following:

our customer base in the last three weeks and we are working around the
clock to meet the demand by adding staff and increasing work hours. We hope
