So, if market share alone did not determine a monopoly, then what will determine themonopoly ? Can you give a clear definition. Why a new product can never be counted a monopoly ? How do you define a new or old product ? what is the boundary ? Is win95 a new product refering to win3.1 ? Is win98 a new product refer to win3.1 and win95 ? is win2000 a new product ? NSCP claimed that Microsoft's integrategration of IE hurt NN, why is it so ? Did NSCP's integration of e-mail software into NN back in 1995 while NSCP had more than 90% of the browser market back then hurt the developers of other e-mail software companies ? Sould those companies file a suit against NSCP if NSCP DOJ wins this waht so called antitruse case ? Pls answer !!!!
