The 4-week lag built into the conversion formula means that any sudden rise in share price gives them an incentive to lock in profits by shorting>> Yah, those lucky dogs can convert @ 2 7/16 until 12/10/98. Of course I'm assuming that we'll continue today's trend for a few more weeks. Eventually I'll get bored with 40% daily increases, I bet. Until then, I'll enjoy 'em. Greg
