John,

One significant factor you overlooked in your comparison of CNTO and AMGN is that ReoPro is partnered (with Lilly), whereas AMGN isn't similarly splitting the profits on its drugs.

CNTO's projections also look overly optimistic to me. I'd be happy (and so will stockholders) if they reach half those numbers.
