George, No one on this thread is ultimately convinced that the LU-ASND deal will happen, I am. The majority of the thread believes LU will buy ASND for about $70 a share...several thread poster's believe ASND is better off by itself, as it will grow far larger without LU. Others believe (as do I) that without LU, ASND will never have the firepower, i.e., $$$$, and connections to ever compete realistically with CSCO. I hope this sums your question up for you.
