Well, you are very frustrated, but you sound a bit
unforgiving. If YOUR work site exploded and burned,
would we find you sitting there on your burning chair
busy serving your customers? Brown should have backups,
but SOME disruption will occur in any business if the
HQ burns...

I hope things turn around for you, re: access to Brown, or
finding a different broker.

I can understand your frustration, but the explosion was real.
Their system is up and running now...
Supports better order flow (back office).
