If Maerz is going to get this to the NASDAQ, as he has stated again, then prepare yourself for a reverse split. He's got to have a BID price of $4.00 to get there. Folks, there is no other way.

Can anybody explain this statement:

"The acquisition of AGE will give MSH Entertainment an interest in the revenues of all AGE related projects including television broadcast, toys and merchandising as well as its own projects."

What does he mean an INTEREST? If AGE is wholly acquired by MSH, won't all the revenues belong to MSHE.

Micky,

Perhaps you could convey to Mr. Maerz that his shareholders and potential shareholders would appreciate an explanation of how "upon closing, the Company will qualify for NASDAQ small cap listing----".
He said it personally...now he needs to explain it personally, i.e. meeting the $4 minimum bid price initial listing requirement at closing.
