Ron,

Cash up $8 million from the last quarter! Increased interim dividend by 10% to .33, plus an assumed minimum final dividend of .50 (same as this year not counting the extra .25 special) means we get a handsome 6.4% yield while waiting for business to pick up. They could make zero profit for the next 5 years and STILL keep paying their dividends during that time.

With the announced 500,000 share buyback, and the ample capability for more, I agree with Paul that the downside is limited. And they have the capacity in place for growth when it returns.

Dennis

Ron,
Earnings report was fantastic consider the sales weakness. I'm curious as to how the SG&A was down more than 30% from the previous year and more than 20% from the previous quarter. I wonder... Other than this, I don't have any concerns. I'm sure they will suffer some more due to Asia, but am confident that earnings should be over $3.00 by 2000 or 2001 if Asia recovers. Did you find anything else about these #'s yet?
