OK, I lied. I love Wolfgang Puck's. Another option is Benihana's. It is right next to the convention center, I believe in a Hilton. Very conducive to fun and conversation (and I have stories!!!). One thing to remember is that the norm for attire in LV is casual, even in decent restaurants. Dressing up is the exception. Another good thing to remember is that LV is a gambling town, a large segment of the gambling population smokes and most restaurants have smoking sections (It ain't Californie).
