I don't know what the fine is, but in effect they have gotten a 50% reduction in what they get for the lead. I can inquire further and post more info as I learn it.

I am also surprised that this could have such a large effect on Clifton's price. As far as I'm concerned, CFB's price is basically reflecting the general pm's situation and the silver price in particular. Even stocks like PAA are doing poorly.

BTW, did you see that Lyon Lake got the Crucitas deposit from Placer? One bright spot in a generally dismal picture. Perhaps things are finally turning around! I'd appreciate your comments on the value of this on the Lyon Lake thread, and on LLL's merger with Palmer. TIA.
