To make a point about the Gruntal downgrade if I remember this is the same analyst who stuck to his guns and reiterated his strong buy the day that SEPR disclosed the patent overlap issue and the stock got clobbered back in July of 1997. So don't be too hard on him. I gotta believe that if I'm an analyst and I see a stock like SEPR go ballistic and I made almost 400% in a year and a half for my clients and I'm a little leery of the market in general, then buy from a strong buy aint too bad.
