Another comment on the JV - This is essentially an extension to the products like those made by Peoplesoft, SAP or, in a somewhat different vein, Lotus Notes. If you haven't noticed, those products are growing at a completely unbelievable speed. Peoplesoft, for instance, has had an average of 90% revenue growth per year over the last 5 years. I see no reason to believe that very high growth rates are likely to stop anytime soon as long as new products are added. (Although I'm sure that there will be hiccups (Am. spelling<g>) - for instance PSFT just announced a relative slowdown to 30% growth due to: 1) saturation with the existing products, 2) More money going to Y2K, 3) Global economy.)
