No one made any guarantees. The stock is trading in the buck quarter to buck and a half range. The acquisition will either occur or not occur in the nearterm(1 wk to a couple of months). No promises, no committments.

It will not be some opinion, the results will either bear out or refute the prediction. You either play it or ignore it.
