Pigman: I did research your record on Iomega, and it is perfectly terrible. As I have previously posted, your posts demonstrate that you were long IOM at 14 just before last January's debacle. My research of your posts demonstrate that you were short IOM three weeks ago, when it was half its price. My research demonstrates that you were short Dell last January, and Dell has almost tripled since. My research shows that you liked Borland at 29 last December, and since then it fell to 13 before it was bought out. My research shows that you called a top three weeks ago for CSCO, GE, and INTC. Since your call all three went up ten percent. Now we see your so-called perfect calls, but you don't seem to remember the time, date, and you darn well don't remember the price, because IOM has never hit a split adjusted 33. Moreover, you were short three weeks ago on MSFT. Now you are claiming that you were long.

However, you did get one characterization right about your work in this most recent post--CRAPOLA is really the perfect description of your work. Indeed, you are not even a very clever writer.

Tom: Because you claim you are a broker, you have been reported to the SEC, which already has an extensive file on you and your accomplice, ARNOLDziff who was banned from AOL's Motley Fool for his intensive spamming. You are also in violation of the terms of agreement with your SI membership that forbids multiple parties posting under one name.

More to the point you are an outright liar. I went over to the other Iomega thread ("Any info on Iomega"), and I went through all 59, 000 posts looking for even a single post that would confirm your repeated boasts (soon to be proven lies) that you were advising people in SI to bail out of IOM at the top of its price this past December. First, I would note that it wasn't that difficult to access that many posts since I have 1.5 megs internet access, and the first 18,000 posts could not have contained any information on you, since you weren't a member of SI until post 18,000 was posted. Moreover, since you have not posted that frequently in the past year, I was able to go back to post 41,000 since any intervening post was in your personal profile. Thus, I went through about 23,000 posts and did a name search. While much of your posts were the repetitive I New Standard posts, the following are the more telling posts about your position:

Message 2971461

$18 after split will not be unheard of in JAN.

Thus, the above post of December 15th last year, demonstrates that you are an outright liar when you state that you were warning people to drop Iomega at a split adjusted 16 and ½ at the time Iomega was at its historic high.

Message 2971507

Now the Pig has re-entered in the 25's once again!

The above post demonstrates that you were a buyer of IOM at a split adjusted 25, and there is no following post to demonstrate that you bailed. Indeed, as I have already pointed out in a previous post, it was very clear that you were long the day after Kip Edward ugly forward look in January. Thus, you lost your lying fanny big time on Iomega, just the opposite of what you claim

TRUFFLETTE:::: This goes out to you...............
Why am I seeing IOM wi at 13 and change????? Is there a 2 for 1
split and I don't know about it?
Thanks for the reply...

Talk about a low-grade moron masquerading as an Internet hype master. You didn't even know on December 12, 1997 that Iomega had split. Boy, you are really the sort of clown one would want to trust with his hard earned money-not.

Now, so much for your lies in the past year. As Ralph Edwards used to say, "This is your Life Swine Man on SI"

You first appeared on the IOM thread in mid May, when the stock was a split adjusted 9 and ½:
Message 1377631

To be fair, you bought in when Iomega was at a split adjusted 8 and 1/2
Message 1488371

You then predicted panic buying:
Message 1516027

The stock did nothing so you started sending individual messages to the marks for whom you were trolling telling them that Iomega was a screaming buy:
Message 1516057

But a few days later, that screaming buy became a reason to sell covered calls.
Message 1538709

On June 19th, 1997 you predicted a jumbo up trend, but a mere six days later, you were writing that the stock was going lower:

Message 1624393
Message 1657499

During this time period, you had ample praise for Iomega's then competitor Syquest. You liked it a lot:

Message 1671154

Ultimately you acknowledge your connection with the Internet hypester who was banned from AOL:

Message 1861908

So Pig man, you outright sociopath, where's the tip to get out at a split adjusted 16 and ½? Based on your posts, you bought at a split adjusted 8 and ½ and sold at best near the same price. You are truly pathetic.
