Funny, I never heard the EdHeads mention this:

"During a July 17 interview, Gary Jones, SyQuest's executive vice president of sales and marketing, touted an OEM relationship with Compaq Computer for its Presario home PCs and Deskpro corporate desktop systems. But within a few weeks Houston-based Compaq, without any explanation, stopped offering SyQuest SparQ drives. Other pending agreements also evaporated over the summer, analysts said."

Perhaps they felt SYQT shareholders wouldn't be interested in such minor pieces of news.
