Financial statements are in, so stock should start trading soon, I hope. Consolidation not exceeding 10 to 1 is proposed and change of the name.

Consolidation 10 to 1 is pretty harsh if it happens, never mind my own average going to $4.9 per share, place this company will never be.

I wonder if West cost is going to put that money down as they stated in the agreement? Without the work commencing anytime soon,what is the chance for whatever they will call it, to get anywhere?
