>>>I would like to better understand the interrelationship between BillerXpert (and Netscape in general) and the various "partners" listed. It would seem that in some instances (BlueGill, for example) these companies would instead be competing with each other.

Now I'm a Michigan German 3 times removed...but here's how I read this.

The biggest problem for billers is to convert print to html for internet delivery. Because in my mind every billers system is different and requires a different solution. So what worked at XYZ company doesn't work at ABC company...it had to be tweeked somewhat. These "packages" Biller Expert do the tweeking, like JAVA on does across dis-similar operating systems.

The must have solution to accelerate html presentment on behalf of billers...vs. custom solutions at each company who wants to present.

Should move things right along...very quickly...if I'm reading the news right.

I'm a little rusty on blue gill, but I believe they are a technology solutions provider (i.e. mainframe to c/s). Blue Gill is fairly small and willing to work with any of the major players, whatever their need. I would believe a true competitor to BillerXpert(NSCP) would be Tribeca (ORCL), edocs, TriSense, or Princeton Telecom.
