Automobile Protection Corporation - APCO - Announces Marketing Agreement with AutoConnect, LLC (www.AutoConnect.com) ATLANTA, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Automobile Protection Corporation (Nasdaq: APCO - news) announced today that it has entered into a marketing agreement with AutoConnect, LLC (http://www.AutoConnect.com). AutoConnect is one of the largest used vehicle websites, and is owned by Manheim Auctions and the Dealer Services Group of ADP, Inc. (ADP). The AutoConnect website lists the used vehicle inventories of thousands of franchised and independent automobile dealers in a manner which makes it efficient and easy for consumers to search for a specific used vehicle in their area. The AutoConnect website currently lists over 500,000 vehicles located throughout the U.S. The website listing for each vehicle includes a stock or actual (when available) photograph and extensive data on the vehicle, plus the name and address of the dealership which has the vehicle. Under the agreement, APCO's distribution network of 160 independent sales representatives will market the AutoConnect website and web building services to automobile dealerships throughout the U.S. Larry I.
