And you believe the Demo's aren't taking part in the game? << Of course. Please read the above again. They get less, therefor they are willing to reform at the moment. If the Repubs were getting less, they would be the willing ones, quite likely. There will rarely be more than one party willing at a time, so that is the practical environment in which we will have to work with the situation if we want to lessen the problem. Chaz
