I believe it is going along fine. The value in these spinoffs is that its an easy and cheap way to get a public entity. Clean public entities are worth quite a bit in and of themselves, but one like the New Wave spin off that has no wacky shares could be worth quite a bit. This model of spin offs is likely to be repeated to the value of all of you shareholders. Just hang on IMO. Do your own DD as always. This may be fun. Maybe it won't....
