GM, I personally do not remember any estimates that high for 98, although there may have been. Any way you look at it, there have been many purchases delayed duing the past two years. How someone could be bearish on this group as we head into 99 with 2000 right in front of us is beyond me. I expect most of the group leaders to triple-quintuple in the next 18-24 moonths. I also expect many in this group to surpass historical valuation on the high side in terms of PSR, P/Book, PE down the line. We are on the verge of an explosion....don't be cught on the wrong side. IMO, INTC is a good leading indicator; it just made a new 52 week high and it's about to surpass it's all-time high. Chips usually lead the equips by 6 months. The longs will be smiling this time next year. Brian
