Tokyo stocks drift lower, await stimulus package
TOKYO, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Tokyo stocks drifted slightly lower in thin early Tokyo trade on Tuesday, as market players were mostly sidelined ahead of the expected release of the economic stimulus package next week, traders said.

At 0024 GMT, the key Nikkei stock average was down 32.28 points or 0.23 percent at 14,161.46. December futures were down 50 points at 14,180.

Export orientated blue chips were slightly firmer on the back off the yen's weakness while banking shares were mixed.
