Who is the Vice President of Sweet Factory? If you spoke to an AZNT customer, which doesn't surprise me, what is his name and number. Post it here I'd like to call him myself, thank you.

Sounds like you were personally told something totally different from AZNT. What are they claiming is their relationship with Sweet Factory?
