Makes alot of sense. I.E. the following:

1) IBM largest customer for IG Graphics cards. Wildcat. This is the base card for the IBM Intellistation product family. Good graphics technology and talented Engineers.

2) IBM has all high end ASIC business at IG on these cards. Major $ value to IBM Semiconductor.

3) Mfg leftover sold to SCI.

4) More layoffs. They are cleaning house.

5) Insider buying over last few quarters.

6) Intel lawsuit, could make it worth it. Royalties on patents alone could be millions,

7) IBM large shareholder of of Intel Stock.

8) Spinoff Federal Systems and ISS, and you have a nice little division.

Any other thoughts appreciated.

Regards,

I still don't see it. If you take Intergraph's profitable subsidiaries, and sell or kill everything else, you probably come out with 6 bucks a share. Also, the WildCAT technology's days are numbered.

Intergraph needs a shareholder revolt and a total reorganization before they become attractive.
