Is Favors gun shy? I see a very strong support at the 200 day SMA(DOW 8652). How could he tell that if the DOW fails to break 9000 then it will revisit 7400?. There is a very good change for it to gather momentum at the first line of support in order to resume its uptrend. A pullback at this point is probably a good thing for the bulls.
