Hey guys, I learned a long time ago that " mouthing off is inversely proportional to how accountable you are ". Most of the shorts on this board and most other boards have about $1,000 dollars and just enjoy hanging around like " balls on a dog ", trying to get a rise out of everyone just like Flekenstupid around CNBC. Now there is one awful looking shegirl! Sorry, I had to vent. Dell going to $80 before earnings. If it does not, who gives a damn, I'll just turn around and write a hard call on about twenty three thousand shares for the yr. 2001 for about $23 per and take my half a mil and dare the shorts to bring it back down where my broker and I will buy another 16 thousand shares @ $60 per and ride it back up to $80. So go short it you idiots. The only thing worse than negativity is stupidity. There must be 10,000 stocks out there you could short and still keep your ass but Noooo, you have to hang around the board of the most dynamic stock to ever come down the pike. Oh well, what the hell, I got to clean my clubs.

Mohan or anyone,
Been in a meeting all day long. Read in the Dell thread on Yahoo that Ashok Kumar had put out some negative information. Something about desktop sales being down below industry average. Anyone have further information? Thanks -Keith-

Mohan... ---OT-----

I lived in Jeddah in '75-'76 and in Athens in '76-'77.

While in Jeddah we worked for a fellow name Gaith Ferhon (sp?), a Harvard MBA and whose father was the physician to the king at the time. Anyway, Gaith owned a major construction company and wanted a state of the art, data processing center...

Never made it to Riyadh or Dhaharan.

Sat in the airport of Beirut Lebanon in '75 (on the way to Saudi), while military (with machine guns) roamed around.... to keep everybody safe. Interesting times, they were. Holes in the walls all over the place from terrorist attacks.

I liked Athens better; more European... and very lovely.

Dallas from '77-'84. My kids were born there.
